The Pondmaster Pressurized Filter System features a unique, manually operated agitator for dislodging over 90% of the pond residue that accumulates in the filter chamber. This patent pending feature is employed during the backwash and rinse operation.

The Filtration Process

Water is pumped from the pond.
Water under pressure is forced through foam sponges, removing fine particles.
Filtered water passes through the mesh tube and travels down the gap between the sponges and the center tube.
Water flow agitates bio-rings, preventing debris buildup.
Beneficial bacteria feed on toxic ammonia, converting it into nitrites and then into relatively harmless nitrates. Nitrates are then consumed by aquatic plants.
Filter water is forced up the center tube.
Clean water is discharged back into the pond.

All units include an integrated UVC clarifier. Multi directional valve for cleaning and rinsing. Integrated cleaning mechanism for filter sponges. 15 foot power cord. 2 year warranty The inlet and outlet accept 3/4" to 1 1/2" flexible tubing.
	The Cleaning Mechanism By raising the cleaning lever, as shown to the left, the different sized filter elements are squeezed, expelling the solid waste. Flush Valve Opening the flush valve allows the waste to be flushed from the filter through the waste outlet.
