Laguna Waterfall Filter

Three mechanical brushes, mechanical filter pad and biological "Biosphere" filter media are included for optimal filtration. The spray bar adds valuable oxygen, necessary for proper filtration. Additional chamber provided into which you can add your favorite biological media if desired. Features spillway for starting high volume waterfall or utilize the 4 bulkhead fittings for initiating individual returns to your pond. Our BioVort technology creates a centrifugal whirlpool force to separate and settle solid debris for less maintenance. Water then passes through the Matala® filter pads and filtration media capturing micro-organisms for the ultimate in pure pond water filtration.

While the system is an efficient biological filter, it also creates a natural-flowing waterfall. Use two or more to create a beautiful array of waterfalls. The water weir was designed to allow water to naturally “fall” from the system. All plumbing is hidden and plant baskets can be placed on top of the biological media to create an additional filtration and natural disguise.

Watermark skimmers truly are a water gardening innovation. The new wildlife gate inhibits fish, frogs and other aquatic life from swimming into the skimmer. The weir gate latches shut to allow for easy maintenance, allowing access to the skimmer or pump without draining the pond. New Bio Brush technology offers flow-through advantage – adding filtration to increase biological surface area and agitation action to break up small debris. A multi-port design for discharge kits allows the installer to choose which side of the skimmer to discharge water, increasing the flexibility of the pond design and installation. An optional bottom drain port, located on either side, is ideal for Koi and other fish ponds. This helps keep the bottom of the pond sludge-free.
