Robust-Aire systems are quiet, move the most water, and provide great aeration benefits for applications 8 ft. or deeper. By pumping compressed air from a shore-mounted compressor, air is pushed through self-weighted lines to a diffuser on the pond, lake or tank bottom. The diffuser then continuously releases micro-bubbles that rise to the surface carrying large volumes of water. This induces oxygen-transfer as well as beneficial water movement and mixing. Kasco’s Robust-Aire has been independently tested to be up to 44% more efficient than any other system, meaning you can use less energy, spend less money, and get better results.

Kasco Home Series Diffused Aeration Systems are designed specifically for homeowners with small, residential ponds smaller than 2 acres with up to 20 ft. of depth. Using a shore-mounted compressor, air is continuously pumped through tubing lines that run to a single-loop diffuser on the pond bottom. The air is then released upward, creating non-stop water movement and mixing, which is vital in eliminating and preventing the most common water quality issues.

Kasco Robust-Aire System Replacement Parts

Teich-Aire Rocking Piston Compressors, available in 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 HP, are designed and built to meet the demands of continuous-duty, year-round, large aeration applications. These oil-less piston compressors offer reliability and performance in applications such as ponds and lakes, water treatment systems, golf course ponds, fish farms, and many more. They now include a Molex connector for new-style cabinets and a cord connector for old-style cabinets. 

The pressure relief valve, barbed fitting, and air filter are no longer included and existing parts will need to be reused when replacing compressors in old-style cabinets.
