In order to ensure that packages are delivered on time, there is no signature required.

If you are not in need of the plants right away, pause on ordering. Plant orders are not held due to customers individual weather/temperature conditions, as some customers have indoor ponds, heated domed coverings, etc.

When you first receive your plants; remove the plants from wrappings and immediately place your plants in water and shade for the first couple of days. Your plants need time to recover and adjust after shipping.
