MARSILEA DRUMMONDII (FUZZY WATER CLOVER) - Distinguished by the fuzzy hairs on its grayish-green foliage. Leaves have four wedge-shaped leaflets that are deeply lobed. It can take some shade, but petioles grow longer in sunny areas. Provides cover along the water edge and fish are known to nibble on it. Best planted 3-9 inches deep. Zone 6-9.
MARSILEA MINIMA (DWARF WATER CLOVER) - This small variety four leaf clover plant is a fast grower that will help shade and cover the water surface. REGNELLIDIUM DIPHYLLUM (2 LEAF WATER CLOVER) - Quick grower up to 6 inches high, with glossy green, double leaves. There is a small, creamy green color at the center of the leaf which is surrounded by a reddish hue that blends into the rest of the leaf. Can even grow in a stream of moving water! Place in water no deeper than 2 inches over the crown. Part sun to part shade. Zone 6
